When is the closing date for the Min Marathon trials?

The list was updated to day. Entries close on 1st March.
Please can you tell me more about the event if they were to qualify? I.e does the U13 team go without parents the night before or do we make our own way there first thing in the morning? I have looked on the website but unable to find info.

The teams travel down on a coach the day before, accompanied by the team managers. They stay overnight in London (at Royal Holloway College) with the athletes from the other regions. After the race they can either travel back on the coach or with their parents (if they have gone down to watch).
